Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Conversion Tracking:

• Action Required: Online purchase with processed valid payment
• Attribution Window: 30 days (cookie duration)
• Commission Type: Percentage-based
• Base Commission Rate: 15.00%

 

Program Eligibility & Approval

• All new affiliate accounts remain in a pending status until manually reviewed and approved by Backdraft Trading.
• During registration, supply direct URLs to every channel where you will promote Backdraft Trading; applications without these links are not approved.
• Only Qualified Publishers qualify to be accepted:
  • YouTubers & social-media influencers actively showcasing Backdraft Trading tools on their charts
  • Trading & investing groups (e.g., Discord or Telegram communities)
  • Bloggers providing original trading content (coupon/rebate sites leveraging Backdraft Trading’s organic search traffic are excluded)
• Email your Backdraft Trading representative—or support@backdrafttrading.com—to confirm approval once qualified.

Pending Conversions

• All conversions remain pending for a minimum of 30 days to satisfy our refund policy before approval.

Payouts

• Payouts are issued at month-end via PayPal. You must maintain an active PayPal account and link its email in your payment settings.

Commission Structure

• The default commission for all qualified publishers is 15% commission on each sale. Backdraft Trading may grant enhanced terms for special partnerships; however, 25% is the maximum commission rate available to any affiliate.

Prohibited Marketing Practices

• Brand bidding in search-engine ads, coupon marketing, or running review sites that covertly drive traffic through your affiliate link is strictly forbidden.
• Violations result in an immediate ban, voiding of all prior conversions, and account deactivation.

Review & Withholding Rights

• Backdraft Trading may withhold commissions and audit your promotional methods at any time; reviews typically begin via email once significant commission is generated.

Refunded, Fraudulent, or Disputed Orders

• Commissions are denied on any orders that are refunded, fraudulent, or disputed. Conversions must remain pending for 30 days before approval.

Attribution & Tracking

• Conversions are tracked via your unique affiliate link with a 30-day attribution window. Customers must complete their purchase within 30 days of clicking your link to qualify for commission.

Cookie Tracking

• Conversions are tracked via your unique affiliate link and a 30-day cookie. Manual adjustments are not possible—ensure referrals purchase on the same device & browser.

Content Standards

• Do not promise guaranteed returns or performance results (e.g., 100% win rates or overnight riches).
• Spamming links on TradingView—or any platform—results in an immediate ban.

Conclusion By enrolling as a Backdraft Trading affiliate, you acknowledge that Backdraft Trading may revoke access, ban accounts, and deny commissions at its sole discretion if you misrepresent Backdraft Trading or employ unethical marketing tactics. Guerrilla marketing methods—whether listed above or otherwise—are not tolerated. All affiliates are actively monitored.
